To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: - CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment you must do so 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a charge for the service booked, unless due to a illness or an emergency. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a 100% charge for the appointment, unless due to an illness or emergency. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS: Will be charged 100% of appointment booking.
